Return & Exchange Policy – ZANFAE

At ZANFAE, your comfort matters.

We offer a simple Try-On Policy to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free.

📦 Try On at Your Doorstep

When your order arrives, you have up to 10 minutes to try on your items while the courier waits.

This is the only opportunity to check sizing and fit before completing your purchase.

🔄 If the size doesn’t fit

If the item doesn’t fit during the try-on:

• You may return it immediately to the courier.
  
• You only pay the shipping fee.
  
• No additional charges apply.
  

✔ After the courier leaves

Once the courier leaves, the order becomes final.

For hygiene and quality reasons:

• No returns
  
• No exchanges
  
  are accepted after this point.
  

⚠ Important Notes

• Try-on is available for all clothing items.
  
• If the customer chooses not to try on the item while the courier is present, the purchase is considered final.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 التجربة عند باب البيت

عند وصول الطلب، متاح لك مدة تصل إلى 10 دقائق لتجربة القطع بينما مندوب الشحن منتظر.
دي الفرصة الوحيدة للتأكد من المقاس والملاءمة قبل إتمام الشراء.

🔄 في حالة إن المقاس مش مناسب

لو القطعة ما كانتش مناسبة أثناء التجربة:
• تقدر ترجّعها فورًا لمندوب الشحن.
• بتدفع مصاريف الشحن فقط (التوصيل + الرجوع).
• لا توجد أي رسوم إضافية.

✔ بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن

بمجرد ما مندوب الشحن يمشي، بيتم اعتبار الطلب نهائي.
ولأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة وجودة المنتجات:
• لا يوجد استرجاع
• لا يوجد استبدال
بعد هذه النقطة.

⚠ ملاحظات مهمة
• سياسة التجربة متاحة على جميع القطع.
• في حال اختار العميل عدم تجربة القطعة أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن، يتم اعتبار الطلب نهائي.
• مصاريف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

Let me air dry naturally.
If you must iron, do it on low heat and steam if needed(and avoid the print!).

No rough scrubbing or harsh chemicals.
I’ve got feelings too!
Keep me away from zippers or Velcro that might snag my fabric.

The better you care for me, the longer I’ll stay your cozy favorite.
