Return & Exchange Policy – ZANFAE

At ZANFAE, your comfort matters.
We offer a simple Try-On Policy to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free.

📦 Try On at Your Doorstep

When your order arrives, you have up to 10 minutes to try on your items while the courier waits.

This is the only opportunity to check sizing and fit before completing your purchase.

🔄 If the size doesn’t fit

If the item doesn’t fit during the try-on:

• You may return it immediately to the courier.
  
• You only pay the shipping fee.
  
• No additional charges apply.
  

✔ After the courier leaves

Once the courier leaves, the order becomes final.

For hygiene and quality reasons:

• No returns are accepted after this point.
  
• Exchange are only accepted according to our exchange policy .
  

*Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• All requests are reviewed by our team first.
• Our team will respond within 48 hours.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Eligible exchange cases:

• Incorrect size received

• Incorrect item received

Exchange fees:

• The customer is responsible for the new shipping cost.
• A 21 EGP handling fee applies.
• If the order originally had discounted shipping, the customer will cover the new shipping cost for the exchange plus a 21 EGP handling fee.

⚠ Important Notes

• Try-on is available for all clothing items.
  
• If the customer chooses not to try on the item while the courier is present, the purchase is considered final.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

علشان كده بنقدّم سياسة تجربة بسيطة تخلّي تجربة التسوق أسهل ومن غير توتر.

📦 التجربة عند باب البيت
عند وصول الطلب، متاح لك مدة تصل إلى 10 دقائق لتجربة القطع بينما مندوب الشحن منتظر.
دي الفرصة الوحيدة للتأكد من المقاس والملاءمة قبل إتمام الشراء.

🔄 في حالة إن المقاس مش مناسب
لو القطعة ما كانتش مناسبة أثناء التجربة:
• تقدر ترجّعها فورًا لمندوب الشحن.
• بتدفع مصاريف الشحن فقط (التوصيل + الرجوع).
• لا توجد أي رسوم إضافية.

✔ بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن

بمجرد ما مندوب الشحن يمشي، بيتم اعتبار الطلب نهائي.
ولأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة وجودة المنتجات:
• لا يوجد استرجاع
• الاستبدال متاح فقط وفقاً لسياسة الاستبدال الخاصة بنا.
بعد هذه النقطة.

سياسة الاستبدال

• لازم طلب الاستبدال يتقدم خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.

• كل طلبات الاستبدال بيتم مراجعتها الأول من فريقنا.

فريقنا بيرد خلال 48 ساعة.

• القطعة لازم تكون غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وفي حالتها الأصلية.

حالات الاستبدال المسموح بها

• وصول مقاس غير صحيح.
• وصول قطعة غير القطعة المطلوبة.

رسوم الاستبدال

• العميل بيتحمل تكلفة الشحن الجديدة.

• بيتم إضافة رسوم إدارية 21 جنيه.

• لو الطلب كان عليه خصم على الشحن، العميل بيتحمل تكلفة الشحن الجديدة كاملة+ 21 جنيه رسوم إدارية.

⚠ ملاحظات مهمة
• سياسة التجربة متاحة على جميع القطع.

• في حال اختار العميل عدم تجربة القطعة أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن، يتم اعتبار الطلب نهائي.

• مصاريف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

وفي نفس الوقت بتديك فرصة تجربة مريحة في بيتك.

I’m not a fan of dryers —
Let me air dry naturally.
If you must iron, do it on low heat and steam if needed(and avoid the print!).

No rough scrubbing or harsh chemicals.
I’ve got feelings too!
Keep me away from zippers or Velcro that might snag my fabric.

The better you care for me, the longer I’ll stay your cozy favorite.
